- Any accessories or manuals included with the product should also be returned.
- Proof of purchase is required.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item, including all original packaging and accessories, and write the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our support team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
